Security

IPR Protection:         

At Mint Tree, we understand the criticality of Intellectual Property Rights of our clients and ensure that these rights are well protected. Right at the start of a new project, we do a complete security audit to identify the steps and process needed to ensure IPR protection for our clients. Based on this audit, an IPR implementation sheet is created which is included in the critical path sheet of all projects. Industry standard measures are applies to safeguard our customer's IPR to ensure:

1. Data Security.
2. Physical Security.

We also have a well articulated Intellectual Property Policy that covers IP acquisition, exploitation, distribution, monitoring and enforcement. To ensure the implementation of this policy we have developed IP Protection Manual and training courses for all our employees. Mint Tree is open to a customer security audit of IPR protection procedures, and is agreeable to sign separate contracts on IPR protection.

Data Security:

(i) Only authorized persons involved in the project are allowed access to Customer's information and data, and this is controlled by security administrations.
(ii) Media storage and accessibility and data recovery are determined by backup procedures.
(iii) A full confidential agreement, company signed by all ODC employees.
(iv) Role based access to Servers.
(v) Logical LAN sub segments.

Physical Security:

(i) 24/7 physical security coverage by professional security guard services to continually monitor the ODC.
(ii) Inspection on Entry includes Portable storage media (Zip, discs, unlabeled CDs rewritable CDs, etc.). All bags inspected upon entry and exit. Cameras, audio recording devices not allowed in the work area.
(iii) Laptop computer serial numbers are recorded upon entry and exit.
(iv) Security software installed on PCs to avoid copy software to disks/CDs.
